Author Stan Zielinski (born 1932) is best known for his seminal work Saint Bernards from the Stoan Perspective (ISBN 978-1-57779-013-6 Search this book on
.). He and his St. Bernard dogs have appeared on Animal Planet and other television programs, and are renowned for their work as weight-pulling teams. Since 1965, Zielinski has bred more than 100 AKC champion St. Bernards.
