Stanley Campbell (born May 19, 1956) is a prominent entrepreneur, engineer, former Navy pilot, and community leader. Campbell graduated from Florida A&M University (FAMU), a HBCU in Tallahassee, Florida, with a degree in physics and mathematics.
Campbell’s career began at NASA, where he worked as an engineer and later served on the advisory board. During his time with NASA, Campbell contributed software code and mathematical elements vital to scientific innovation and national security ranging from the Voyager 2 spacecraft to the TSA Passenger Screening System.
Over the span of his career, Campbell has collected over eight patents in the business, intelligence, security and healthcare arenas. Campbell’s intelligence technology spearheaded efforts in solving the notorious BTK Killer Case.
In 2021, Campbell made headlines by becoming the owner of the Martin Downs Golf Club, a historic golf course in Palm City, Florida.[1](2) This acquisition was said to solidify his commitment to preserving the historical significance of the course and promoting diversity in the golf community.
In addition to his professional achievements, Campbell is the brother of Luther Campbell, a renowned rapper and community leader, and husband of Cheryl Campbell, the assistant secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services.
Throughout his career, Campbell’s contributions have earned him numerous awards and recognition.

Born in Miami Beach in 1956, Campbell was raised in Liberty City by a Jamaican father and Bahamian mother alongside four brothers.
After graduating Miami Beach High School, Campbell went on to complete his Bachelor of the Arts in physics and mathematics from Florida A&M University (FAMU).

Campbell served in the United States Navy as a pilot before being selected to command the U.S. Navy’s primary Airborne Communications Platform known as TACAMO.
Professional Career[edit]
After his service as a Navy pilot, Campbell was appointed by President George H.W. Bush to serve on the Executive Advisory Board for NASA.
Campbell has also led a number of successful technological businesses, one of which, EagleForce Associates, developed Medicare fraud detection software that has prevented over one billion instances of Medicare fraud.
Campbell's patented intelligence technology was instrumental in solving a number of law enforcement cases including the BTK Killer case. Campbell has also led enterprise architecture design efforts for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Joint Intelligence Virtual Architecture (JIVA), and contingent commission insurance fraud analytics for the State of Georgia.
