Established in Trenton in 1933 by Sidney Stark, joined by his brother Amel in 1939, the firm practiced primarily commercial and business law.[2]
Currently, the firm maintains six offices throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York and is ranked as one of the largest law firms in New Jersey. The firm employs more than 100 lawyers who are supported by a staff in excess of 200.[1]
