Steen Christiansen (born 30 March 1960 in Copenhagen) is a Danish politician who has been mayor of Albertslund Municipality, as a member of the Social Democrats, since 2010.[1][2][3][4]
Christiansen is an educated teacher from Blaagaard Statsseminarium. He was the federal secretary of the Social Democratic Youth of Denmark from 1988 until 1992, and has since worked as a teacher and vice principal in Albertslund.[5][6]
Since 2001, he has been municipal council member and chairman of the committee of Climate- and plan.[citation needed]
