Stella Blue Coffee is an online, direct-to-consumer coffee company that was founded in 2022 by Barstool Sports & Dan "Big Cat" Katz, the host of Pardon My Take, a popular sports podcast. Stella Blue Coffee was named after Katz' adopted dog, Stella.[1]
Stella Blue Coffee is available now in their three signature blends – Positive Vibes (light roast), Big Cat Blend (medium roast) and Electric Avenue (dark roast). The beans are sustainably and ethically-sourced from Rainforest Alliance certified growers and proceeds from each sale support PAWS Chicago. The blends come in 12 oz. whole bean bags, ground bags or single-serve pods.[2]
