Stellar Stone LLC was an American video game developer based in Santa Monica, California and founded in late 2000.[1] It outsourced development operations to Eastern European countries like Russia.[1] Sergey Titov, the chief executive officer of TS Group Entertainment, licensed his game engine to Stellar Stone in exchange for a "large chunk of the company".[2] Stellar Stone's most notable game, Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing, was developed by a team in Ukraine and released in 2003.[2]
