Stellar activity
Stellar activity is a group of natural phenomena formed from an intense magnetic field of a main-sequence star. The phenomenon occurs when the magnetic field of a main-sequence is in a position of intense activity, the magnetic field is affected by this activity and can create starspots, starspots are formed from the magnetic field intensifying and blocking heat and energy from flowing, which causes it to be absorbed by the star. Stars can also create stellar coronal mass ejections and stellar flares, with stellar flares including electromagnetic radiation that is emitted from the photosphere.
Stars that inhabit an exoplanetery system electromagnetic radiation that emit stellar flares can potentially reach an exoplanet in orbit and disrupt the magnetic field. The stars that produce stellar activity are predominantly in the stage of a G type main-sequence star like the Sun or K main-sequence stars that can be intermediate with a red dwarf.
