Stefanie Gurzanski (born December 17, 1994) is a Canadian model.

Early life[edit]

Gurzanski was born December 17, 1994, in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, to Sandra Gurzanski and Dave Klaus as one of three children.[1] She previously went under the name Stefanie Knight in nude and pornographic photos and videos.[2]

Career[edit]

Gurzanski performed in her first nude photo shoot as Stefanie Knight at age 19 for Playboy Plus in January, 2014.[2] She later appeared in multiple pornographic and nude Playboy videos, many of which can be found on adult websites including PornHub and Xvideos. Regarding her nude and pornography career, she has been quoted as saying, “I really love posing nude. It makes me feel so sexy and confident. Nothing looks better than a woman's naked body,” and, “With cleavage like mine, I'm always accused of having fake boobs. Trust me -- these are real! They're my favorite part of my body.”[3]

Gurzanski now sells nude photos and videos of herself on OnlyFans, the pornography website used as a revenue-generating platform by sex workers.[4] Gurzanski promotes herself as a model and Instagram influencer,[5] but her primary source of income is derived from sales and subscriptions of nude photos on OnlyFans.

Controversies[edit]

Gurzanski was sued in Los Angeles Superior Court for fraud and unjust enrichment in January 2021 by former boyfriend Stephen Cloobeck, a wealthy entrepreneur and founder and former CEO of Diamond Resorts International, who claimed she deceived him about her pornography career and tricked him into believing she was a legitimate fashion model.[6] In an amended lawsuit filed against Gurzanski and her friend, Adrianna Suchor, Cloobeck alleged that she paid to be placed on the covers of foreign magazines and that she is a “a 'con artist' who bilked him for $1.3 million in gifts over their roughly six-month relationship.”[4] Cloobeck alleges that not only did Gurzanski deceive him about being a legitimate model, she also secretly staged photos of herself in the nude to sell on OnlyFans while his children and staff were in his various houses at the same time.[7]

Cloobeck followed up in March 2021 with a Federal copyright infringement lawsuit filed against Gurzanski involving nine risqué images Gurzanski posted to Twitter and OnlyFans, where subscribers pay to see her posing in the nude. Cloobeck claimed in the lawsuit that he is the “sole and exclusive” owner of the photos showing Gurzanski in skimpy bikinis and a revealing pink dress, which he said she published without his permission.[8]

Prior to the Cloobeck litigation, Gurzanski was cited in wrongful death lawsuit filed against former NFL player Shawne Merriman and others over the July 2017 death of Kimberly Fattorini from an apparent overdose. Fattorini's parents, Deann and Ferdinand, filed the wrongful death lawsuit against Merriman, a nightclub, and additional defendants, alleging the girl was drugged and possibly assaulted before her death.[9] In the suit, Fattorini's parents claim their daughter sent texts earlier that night saying Merriman poured something in her drink. They now believe that something was GHB - a powerful depressant commonly referred to as “the date rape drug.”[10] The Fattorinis’ lawsuit claims that sometime after a Los Angeles nightclub called The Highlight Room closed at 2 a.m. on July 21, Fattorini, Maass, and a third Playboy model identified as Gurzanski were invited to the home of a nightclub promoter named Eli Wehbe. The lawsuit also alleges that unbeknown to the three women, Wehbe had “assigned” each of them to himself and his two friends: a car dealer named J. P. Castro and former NFL linebacker Shawne Merriman.[11] Wehbe texted Merriman to invite him over. “Omg I’m weak,” he wrote in one message included in the complaint. “Got 3 whores over,” referring to Fattorini, Gurzanski and a friend.[12] Both men denied drugging Fattorini. But Wehbe issued an apology on his website for some texts he sent that night, in which he called Fattorini, Gurzanski and their friend “whores” and “scum” and described putting a “weak” one to sleep, adding the “coke dealer can bang her.”[13]

Prior to resigning as president of Liberty University in August 2020 following allegations of sexual behavior that flouted the school's honor code,[14] Jerry Falwell Jr. received criticism in the religious community for previously “liking” Instagram photos of a scantily clad Gurzanski.
