Stevan Filipović
Stevan Filipović was the son of Voivode-Knyaz Đuka Filipović, and one of Karađorđe's secretaries. Later, during the time of Prince Mihailo Obrenović, when Stevan Filipović sent a request to the Governing State Council not to reduce his pension, it was rejected, but Prince Mihailo insisted that the pension remain the same, because one year during the First Serbian Uprising was like five years in peacetime. Since the council refused, Prince Mihailo paid the difference in pension from his personal income, the "civilian list".
