Steve and Bluey is a cartoon series created by the Emmy-nominated filmmaker and cartoonist Steven Thomas Fischer. The comedy team is a modern day adaptation of legendary comedy teams such as Abbott and Costello and Martin and Lewis. According to Lambiek, the Dutch comic book store and gallery, and The Baltimore Sun newspaper, the Steve & Bluey comic strip was first published in 1990 by The Crofton Neighborhood Gazette[1] [2]. Subsequent releases include radio comedies, the books There's a Blue Dog Under My Bed (ISBN: 0962736708)[3], The Wonderful, Happy, Cartoony World of Steve & Bluey (ISBN: 9780962737635), and the TV series Steve & Bluey: In a Minute produced by Steven Fischer and Phillip Guthrie for TCI TV, TCI Communications of Baltimore[4] [5].
