1. Early Life[edit]


Steve Kreynin is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Forte Group, an IT software development and outsourcing company serving mid-market and enterprise clients. (source)

Steve Kreynin moved to the USA from the Soviet Union in 1989 when he was 18 years old.  

2. Career[edit]


After getting his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer science from Loyola University Chicago, he got his first QA-related job at Abbott Laboratories, an American Illinois-based multinational medical devices and health care company. After that, Steve continued to pursue a career in software quality assurance and test automation.

In 2000, Steve Kreynin founded Forte Group.

From 2014 to 2017, Steve was a practicing mentor at Junto University, where he trained and hired about two thousand people for the company.

In 2018, the company’s CEO Steve Kreynin was rated by employees as one of the best CEOs for diversity by Comparably.com.[1]
