Steve Pilot is a Personal Trainer, Author, Public Speaker, Fitness Coach, Fitness Model, Actor and Vegan Nutritionist. Notably he has coached, trained, provided dietary, and fitness guidance to Kimberley Anne Woltemas, Araya A. Hargate, Preeti Barameeanant, Shannon Wiratchai, Lydia Sarunrat Deane, Rika "Tiny Doll" Ishige, Healthy Meijianorma, Jannine Weigel and entrepreneur Karl Ess.

Steve Pilot has done stints as brand ambassador for Sun Warrior,[1], Triumph Motorcycles and Ed Hardy Apparel [2], BMW [3] , Reebok Thailand, Virgin Active Commercial with fitnes model Alita Virajahntorn (Pear)[4] , Harley Davidson [5], Sunnex Jeans[6] as well as Finn & Gunnar [7]. He has alo held fitness motivational sessions in partnership with Muscle Factory one of Thailands largest gyms [8]

His training techniques embrace High Intensity Interval Training as well as High Intensity Functional Training, Kettlebell, Calisthenics, Flexibility and Yoga. He emphasizes a plant based or vegan diet totally doing away with animal based foods such as milk, fish, meat and poultry. He has authored two books which have been best sellers on Amazon. In 2018 he authored and published GET FIT PROGRAM: Mindset Nutrition Fitness[9] and in 2019 authored and published VEGAN FOR BEGINNERS GUIDE [10]

Early life[edit]

Steve Pilot was born on October 9, 1980 in Munich, Germany. Steve started lifting weights at the age of 13. Although fitness became his passion, Steve had decided to pursue engineering. He graduated with a bachelors of Engineering in 2000. After his studies, Steve enlisted to serve his country in the military. He came from a military background, and went on to serve the German Special Forces as part of the Fallschirmjäger airborne platoon. His service as a paratrooper in airborne operations lasted for two years. After leaving the military, Steve decided to educate himself a step further within his profession, receiving his Masters in Automotive Engineering in 2002. Later, he worked as a technical engineer fixing automobile brands like Aston Martin and Porsche. Steve followed his passion to see and experience different cultures, cuisines and people. He came to the decision to leave his profession and experience the world, allowing him to travel across 80 countries and all 7 continents. During this time Steve had accumulated an array of life experiences, training expertise, and a passion for healthy living and an active lifestyle. In 2014, Steve settled down in Bangkok, Thailand, becoming a part of it’s fitness industry and further pursuing his passion for fitness, nutrition, and Sports Medicine.

Career[edit]

With over 27 years of fitness instruction, Steve Pilot has been training with devotion and discipline throughout his life. He is well-rounded having trained in weightlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, strength and conditioning, martial arts like Wing Chun, a Southern Chinese kung fu style of self-defence. From 2013-2018, Steve Pilot worked as a fitness model, an actor, a personal trainer, and later, a sponsored athlete for Phuket-based gym, Unit 27. In addition, Steve went on to further study Sports Medicine and worked as a professional fitness coach. Constantly striving to expand his knowledge, Steve started to practice yoga and became a master of performing handstands, which he continues to share tips for his fans on his social media. At the beginning of 2020, Steve has released two ebooks of his creation, Vegan for Beginners Guide and Get Fit Program, both available on Amazon. Having traveled and studied vastly, Steve used his knowledge and experience to create Steve Pilot Fitness, his fitness enterprise where practices as a fitness coach, personal tainer and vegan nutritionist. Steve holds professional certifications in CPR/ AED , Precision Nutrition and National Academy of Sports Medicine

Steve has made appearances as a model and actor in music videos such as Bankk Cash's Don't Say Yes by Bankk Cash [30] which garnered over 1.8 million You Tube views and Cursed by Lunatic [31] which reached over 160 thousand You Tube views.

Veganism[edit]

Advocating for animal rights, Steve Pilot has spent the past 10 years as a devout vegan. In 2010, Steve both educated himself on healthy eating and received his certification in nutrition. His beliefs stem from clean-eating, a balanced diet, and a cruelty free approach to life. As a vegan, he has posed alongside bodybuilders, trained celebrities, earned a two-time magazine cover as a vegan athlete for Center Stage Magazine and Muscle & Fitness Magazine, and has worked as a brand ambassador for numerous fitness brands and vegan franchises globally. Over the last decade, Steve has meticulously designed a fitness program around vegan and plant-based nutrition, shattering the stereotype of not being able to build muscles on a plant-based diet.
