Steven Benedict
Steven Benedict is a professional track and field athlete and Olympic Trials qualifier[1]. Benedict has run in some of the world's most prestigious events[2]. In addition to the Adidas Classic Diamond League and US Nationals, Benedict ran for Nike for two years and was a Penn Relays Champion[3]. Benedict has been recognized in over 50 publications to-date, including Train, ESPN Magazine, Men's Fitness, Men's Health and Fitness RX[4], among others[5]. He uses these platforms to offer advice and motivation to all athletes of all levels, from up-and-coming to elite [6][7][8].
