Steven Poelmans is a Professor of Neuroscience and Strategic Leadership at Antwerp Management School.[1], is responsible for the Chair for High Performance Organizations at the University of Antwerp[2].

Biography[edit]

He graduated as a psychologist at the Catholic University of Leuven, continued his education at IESE Business School and University of Navarra where he was an associate professor, and completed a postgraduate degree in Leadership Neuroscience at Middlesex University. He lectures internationally on Organizational Behavior, Managerial Communication and Transcultural Management, (Neuro)/Leadership and Coaching[3]
