Stian Lemmer was born as Christian Jacobus Lemmer on 12 July 1986 in Lichtenburg, South Africa. He is the son of Manie Lemmer and Alet Lemmer. Raised in South Africa, he speaks English and Afrikaans. Lemmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Movement from the International Institute for Sport Science and Fitness Training.
Lemmer is married to Ashleigh Frost. He currently resides in Pretoria.
