STIC FINANCIAL LTD. (STICPAY) is an international e-wallet used by businesses and consumers in e-commerce, trading, gaming and other industries for money transfer worldwide from user to user, user to platform and vice versa.

The company was founded in September 2018. The firm has a number of offices worldwide. STICPAY acquired the Financial Conduct Authority e-money license in February 2019.[1] STICPAY has users from 160 countries and more than 433 registered merchants across numerous verticals.
