Stillfront Group is an independent creator, publisher and distributor of digital games. The Group's games are distributed globally, however main markets include Sweden, Germany, the United States, South America, Middle East and North Africa..[1] The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier since December 2015.[2] Stillfront Group was founded by Jörgen Larsson who is the current CEO of the company.[3]

Acquisitions[edit]

Stillfront Group has acquired fourteen independent game studios. The most recent acquisitions include Bitlife developer Candywriter [acq 1], mobile gaming studio Storm8[acq 2] and Canada-based Kixeye[acq 3]

In 2018, Stillfront Group acquired Germany-based Playa Games[acq 4] and the Bulgarian game studio Imperia Online JSC.[acq 5]

Stillfront acquired German mobile game studio Goodgame Studios in 2017.[acq 6] eRepublik Labs from Bulgaria was acquired the same year and it's founder Alexis Bonte is currently the COO of Stillfront Group.[acq 7]

The American game studio Simutronics, from St. Louis, Missouri, was acquired in 2016.[acq 8] The Dubai-based studio Babil Games was acquired the same year.[acq 9]

Dorado Games from Malta was acquired in 2014[acq 10] and the German developer Bytro Labs joined Stillfront Group in 2013.[acq 11]

Power Challenge, developing and publishing multiplayer sports games, was acquired in 2012.[acq 12]

sv:Coldwood Interactive, founded in Umeå, Sweden, was acquired in 2011.[acq 13]
