Leonard F. Yankelovich [Leonards Jankelovics [latvian], Jankelowitz [german-latvian transcription] Founder and owner of DARTZ Grupa and DARTZ Motorz companies. He officially started his business way May 26, 1988 in Riga, Latvia, which at that time was part of USSR. Mistakenly he is often mentioned as "Russian car manufacturer," which is wrong. DARTZ Grupa and DARTZ Motorz have registered companies and offices in many countries but never in Russia. Leonard F. Yankelovich identifies himself as "Latvian car builder" even though he has manufacturing facilities also in Estonia, Czechia, Germany, America and the Middle East.
