Streamlabs
Streamlabs, founded in 2014, is a live streaming software service[1][2] owned by Logitech.[3][4] The company has offices in San Francisco and Vancouver,[5] and was purchased for $89 million on September 26, 2019.[4] The service integrates tools such as open broadcaster software, a way to manage chat, on-screen visuals for stream viewer interactions, and a method for the streamer to collect tip donations.[1] Streamlabs distributes their users’ content over platforms such as Twitch, YouTube Live, Microsoft Mixer, and Facebook Live.[4][6]
