Streek was a short lived AOR band from Los Angeles.[1]
History[edit]
They released one self-titled album in 1981 and the single "One More Night". The single's b-side was "Gone Too Far".[2] The single "One More Night" debuted at No. 78[3] peaked at No. 47 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1981.[4] The single has been described as something left over from the late 70s.[5] The band is also considered a one-hit wonder for this song.[5] "One More Night" was written by Billy DeMartines, who also previously co-wrote "Beyond the Milky Way" from Iron Butterfly's 1975 album Sun and Steel under the name "Bill DeMartines".[6]
