Strike is an online estate agent located in the UK, founded by Alexander Gosling and Sophie Cronin in 2007.[1] The company was previously known as Housesimple and rebranded to Strike in 2020, relaunching on the idea of selling homes for free.[2] Investors include Charles Dunstone.[3]
Strike earns referral fees from additional services it offers, such as conveyancing and insurance advice, which allows it to sell homes without charging customers any estate agent fees.[4]
