Suleimanov Murat
Suleimanov Murat Shaibovych was born on the 10th of October 1990 in Crimea. Qirimli (Crimean Tatar). Sheikh Murat is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar and Arabic. He is married and has two daughters. He is a hafiz of the Holy Qur'an, as well as a member of the research department of the European Council for Fatwa and Research. Since 2016, the Deputy Mufti of the Religious Administration of Muslims of Ukraine "Umma", representative of the Administration in the west of Ukraine. Since 2019, a member of the Ukrainian Council for Fatwa and Research. Since June 2022, the acting Mufti of the Religious Administration of Muslims of Ukraine "Umma".[1].
Education
- In April 2004, he entered the Holy Qur'an learning school in Simferopol.
- In August 2008, he graduated from the Holy Qur'an learning school by memorizing the Qur'an and became a scholar of the Holy Qur'an.
- In November 2008, he entered the full-time department of the Yemeni University of Knowledge and Technology in Sana'a.
- In June 2013, he graduated from the Yemen University and obtained a degree in Sharia Sciences.
- In 2013, he received a certificate in Hanafi jurisprudence from Sheikh Muhammad Ahmad Amoh, a scholar and Mufti of Hodeidah, Yemen.
Professional and scientific activity
- Sheikh Murat is currently pursuing a master's degree at Al-Sharif Academy of Sciences in Istanbul, and preparing the research titled "Istihsan in Imam Abu Hanifa’s and its Influence on the Jurisprudence of Islamic Attendance in the West" under the scientific supervision of Sheikh Dr. Khaled Hanafi.
- Sheikh Murat is a member of the research department of the European Council for Fatwa and Research.
