Summerville Speedway
From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki
Summerville Speedway was a short track in Summerville, South Carolina. Opened in 1965[1], it was a dirt track until 1986, when it was paved.[2] Then, many smaller racing series came to the track, like NASCAR Goody's Dash Series (from 1987 to 2000) and the SMART Modified Tour (from 1993 to 2003). [1] After its closure in 2004[1], a housing development was built on the property. [2]
