Sunjoy Monga
Sunjoy Monga is a conservationist, photographer, and naturalist based in Mumbai in India. He was born in Masjid Bunder.
Sunjoy authored book 'City Forest'. He is associated with the Bombay Natural History Society written columns in newspapers on the need for conservation, poaching, decreases in the city's flamingoe population, and the man-animal conflict in the Sanjay Gandhi National Park.
He has initiated an environmental awareness drive 'Young Rangers' amongst schools and school children across India. He has also been chosen on the Tumbhi advisory panel.
He has also written a field guide titled 'Birds of Mumbai' that documents more than 350 species of birds seen in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
