Super League Gaming is a platform for gamers who want to experience their video games like the pro gamers. It is one of the most important in the world and it has sixteen City clubs all over the US. Players of all ages and skill levels can play in both local and national competitions. The Company organizes events in partnership with game publishers such as League of Legends, Clash Royale, Minecraft, etc.[1]

History

Super League Gaming was founded in 2014 with headquarters in Santa Monica, California, United States.

In June 2016 the company organized an interactive gaming league for kids and it brought Minecraft to three major movie theater chains: the first event was launched in Los Angeles, followed by other events in 23 cities nationwide. The young players could play their favorite video game on a cinema big screen.[2]

On February 26th, 2019 it began trading on Wall Street.[3][4] It was able to raise $25 million in an initial public offering on Nasdaq; later on expectations have not been very positive since the initial share of $11 fell to $9.64.[5]
