Super Simple is a family entertainment company based in Toronto, Canada.[1] Originally born in a classroom in Tokyo, Japan as a teaching tool in 2005; Super Simple is now home to eight children's YouTube channels under the parent company Skyship Entertainment Company.[2] As one of Canada's biggest YouTube channels, Super Simple reached 10 million subscribers in June, 2018. [3] They currently have 15M subscribers[4] and their version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star has 1 billion views to date.[5]

With the popularity of the children's campfire song Baby Shark, Super Simple's version reached it's peak in December 2018 with the premiere of Santa Shark.[6]

On March 27th, 2018 Caitie's Classroom premiered live on the Super Simples Songs YouTube channel at 11am EST.[7] The first episode of Caitie's Classroom featured Baby Shark and a trip to the Ripley's Aquarium of Canada. Hosted by Caitlin Claessens, this live format children's talk show covers a wide variety of themed topics every Tuesday and includes interactive elements, taped field trip segments, crafts, songs, stories and more.[8]
