Susan "Heesoo" Kang Schroeder (Hangul: 강희수; born September 16, 1968) is the current chief of staff to District Attorney Tony Rackauckas of Orange County, California. She is a career prosecutor and the youngest person to become a manager for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. She was a former deputy city attorney for the City of Anaheim before serving as a deputy district attorney in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. She was appointed to her position in April 2010. She is the highest ranking Korean-American prosecutor in the history of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the state of California.[1]
