Susannah Schofield OBE (born 23 August 1975) is an author, professional public speaker, and boxing promoter. She was awarded an OBE as part of the 2015 New Years Honours List for services to women & young people in business.

Career[edit]

Schofield worked as commercial director at Royal Mail[1][2] Schofield's 2013 book Mind the Gap: Creating Your Successful Business Strategy was reviewed by Reference and Research Book News.[3] In 2018 she founded Pitch Sport, a group that developed the Pitch DMM app to connect fans and their sports team.[4][5] Schofield started the company in response to her husband's complaints that no one listens to sports fans.[6] As of 2022, she is the director general for the Direct Selling Association.[7][8] In that role she has discussed illegal marketing schemes[9][10] and increased direct selling by people during the COVID-19 pandemic.[11][12]

In 2021 Schofield began an all-women's boxing league.[1]

Awards and honors[edit]

Schofield was awarded an OBE in the 2015 New Year Honours for services to small businesses, women in business and young people.[13][14]
