Suzuki B100

The Suzuki B100 was a small two-stroke motorcycle produced in the mid 1960s through the 1980s. The first production year was 1964, using a new air-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder engine with 118 cubic centimeters of displacement. The frame and suspension components were shared with the smaller engined Suzuki K10. While the B100 was originally named the B100, it was renamed the B100P in 1966. The added letter P was to signify the Posi-Force lubrication system it sported, which automatically combined two-stroke oil into the fuel mixture. The bike was again renamed the B120P around 1970, to more accurately portray the engine's displacement. Along with this rebrand came minor cosmetic differences, including a solid color tank rather than chrome, turn indicators as standard, and slightly different suspension coverings. Additionally, the B100P was offered in a trail version with a high exhaust pipe and knobbed tires called the B105 Bearcat, similar to Honda's well-loved trail minis from the time. While the model designations for the bike are rather erratic, all variations share many components and have similar construction.

For any motorcycle enthusiast who has a Suzuki B100, parts can be rather hard to come by. One of the best sources to get new-old stock from is CMSNL based in the Netherlands.
