Swaleh Naqvi

Swaleh Naqvi is a British-Pakistani fraudster and former Chief Operating Officer of Bank of Credit and Commerce International.[1]
Career
Naqvi was made CEO of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International in 1988.[2]
In October 1994, he was jailed for eight years.[3]
