Swan Island Networks is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company based in Portland, Oregon that provides cloud-based situational awareness services for enterprise organizations.

Swan Island Networks was founded in 2002 as a software research and development lab working with US government agencies including the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security to overcome information sharing challenges following the September 11 attacks.[1]

TIES[edit]
Launched in 2009 by Swan Island Networks, the Trusted Information Exchange Service (TIES) is a cloud-based platform for sharing, displaying and filtering information from a range of open source as well as internal intelligence feeds.[2] TIES filters and distributes information with the aim to identify specific threats and mitigate risks relevant to organizations and their assets.[1]
TX360[edit]
Launched in September 2014, TX360 is a cloud based situational awareness platform focused on providing all-hazards threat monitoring through intelligence management tools.[1] Intelligence is displayed either through visual dashboards or email/SMS notification "smart alerts".[1] TX360 was released as an enterprises focused version of the TIES platform.[2]

Allied Universal[edit]
Swan Island partnered with Allied Universal in 2017 as Allied Universal developed GSOCaaS offering, powered by Swan Island Network’s TX360 platform.[3]
Microsoft CityNext Program[edit]
Swan Island Networks partnered with the Microsoft CityNext program in 2014 to provide the TIES situational awareness platform, allowing public safety agencies and groups to share information in real time.[2]
Metropolitan Resilience Network[edit]
Swan Island Networks partnered with the Metropolitan Resilience Network (MRN) to help the MRN provide a 24/7 Situational Awareness and Crisis Dashboard capability to its public and private members in the New York metro area.[4]
