Swapan Kumar Brahma (born January 6, 1988) is an Indian film actor, director and playback singer of Bodo films. He is noted for films like Delhi To Bodoland (2010), Lajiba Kaji Gwmayw (2011), Jwnwmao Nwngkhowlo Hastaidwngmwn (2014) and Nepal To Bodoland (2016), for which he won the 2nd Bodo Film Festival Award for Best Direction.[1] [2] His last film Nepal To Bodoland (2016), directed by himself, was very successful at the box.[1]

Early life[edit]

Brahma was born on 6 January 1988 into a Bodo family in Gossaigaon, Kokrajhar district in the Indian state of Assam. He is completed his schooling from Ramfalbil Higher Secondary School, Janata College Serfanguri.
