Swapnil Mahaling worked in theatre with playwright Sagar Sarhadi, director Satyadev Dubey and various theatre groups at pritvi theatre, later worked in advertising, television and films.

Lyricist Swapnil Mahaling has written three songs for movie Olakh – my identity. One of them is folk song ‘Vithhala,’ second is ‘Tandav’ and the third is ‘Angai Geet’.^[1]^[2]^[3]
