Swetsville Zoo
Swetsville Zoo is a roadside attraction in Timnath, Colorado. It is a collection of 180 imaginative metal sculptures made from reused materials such as car parts, nails, and ropes. All of the sculptures were welded by Bill Swets, a retired farmer and fireman. The zoo is next to the Fort Collins Costco and on the Poudre River. Along with Bishops’ Castle, it is considered the most iconic roadside attraction in Colorado.
