Sycamore Flat is an unincorporated community in Monterey County, California.[1] It is located on Arroyo Seco 9 miles (14 km) west-southwest of Greenfield,[2] at an elevation of 617 feet (188 m).[1]

The Arroyo Seco (Salinas River) flows beside Sycamore Flat.

Government[edit]

At the county level, Sycamore Flat is represented on the Monterey County Board of Supervisors by Supervisor Dave Potter.[3]

In the California State Legislature, Sycamore Flat is in the 17th Senate District, represented by Democrat Bill Monning, and in the 30th Assembly District, represented by Democrat Robert Rivas.[4]

In the United States House of Representatives, Sycamore Flat is in California's 20th congressional district, represented by Democrat Jimmy Panetta[5]
