Sydney B. Spence Gruters[1] (born 1981/1982)[2] is the Republican nominee for Florida's 16th congressional district in the 2026 House elections. She is married to Joe Gruters, chair of the Republican National Committee and earned a bachelor's from the University of Florida.[3]
