Syndicode

Syndicode Inc. (the mix originated from words "syndicate" - a group or crew of friends doing what they like the best, and "code") is a software development company with headquarters in Kyiv, Ukraine, that was founded in 2014 as Ruby on Rails development agency. Now Syndicode widened the list of technologies and programming languages they work with to develop web and mobile solutions of different complexity and purposes. In 2018 Syndicode started to work in two dimensions: an extended team and a digital agency.

Most Syndicode software engineers communicate with the clients directly, avoiding the extra links of communication like managers and representatives. This is the principle of direct interpretation that reduces the time to develop and eliminates most of the misunderstandings.
