Szombathely-Türje-Balatonszentgyörgy railway was a planned railway line in Western Hungary between Szombathely and the Lake Balaton. Its purpose was to connect the largest city of Western Hungary with the most important lake of the country. Although they started to build the railway, it could never be finished due to shortage of money.
