TAPKARA VILLAGE
Tapkara is a small town in Chhattisgarh, India. It is also very popular by its secondary name as NagLok (नागलोक). It was a part of Madhya Pradesh before the state of Chhattisgarh was formed on 1 November 2000. Its capital is Raipur and district is Jashpur Nagar.
Kotebira Shiv Mandir is a famous temple which is 10 km from Tapkara. Every Shivratri festival, a night fair is conducted by local people, and especially Gupta families are very popular and take ownership of village developments.
नागलोक जाने का छत्तीसगढ़ वाला रास्ता: राज्य के जशपुर क्षेत्र के तपकरा इलाके को नागों के मामले में खासा रहस्यमयी माना जाता है. इसकी 2 वजहें हैं- एक तो यहां सांपों की ढेरों प्रजातियां पाई जाती हैं और दूसरा यहां के पहाड़ पर स्थित गुफा को पाताल द्वार कहा जाता है.
