History
In 2009, TargetCW was founded in San Diego, California by Samer Khouli.[1] After working for his family's business and parting ways, Khouli saw a need to help companies manage their freelancers and gig-economy workers.[2] In 2021, TargetCW rebranded as TCWGlobal.

Public engagement
In 2023, TCWGlobal opened BoujieMana, a Mediterranean restaurant the company uses as a venue for philanthropic and community events.[7] The restaurant operates the ‘Boujie Hearts Always Give’ initiative, where 3% of proceeds from meals are donated to local organizations. [8]
