Tomei Powered USA was founded in May 2006 Lake Forest, California Operations officially commenced on October 1st of the same year of 2006 under the leadership of Akira Sasaki.
"R.S.E." Real Speed Engineering in Japan[edit]
In March 2014, Akira Sasaki also went on to found Real Speed Engineering (R.S.E) in Japan which also houses a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals from the motorsport industry. The two (Tomei powered USA and R.S.E.) would then go on to form a development partnership.
