Taabbu is a Bengali film actor. He played the lead role in Pappur Biye[1] movie.

He went with his stories to be a script writer. He met a music director who sent him to a director who was planning a new film, and after hearing Taabbu's story, the director liked it and suggested he act as well. In the audition, he performed well and started to work on director Anthony Jane's first film, Pappur Biye,[2] a social satire on marriage.
Personal life
Taabbu was born in a Bengali family in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal. He was the youngest son of two. His father was a state government gazetted officer in the forest department. He was very fond of reading story books as a child, and he used to spend time in the local library. He also played cricket very well, but due to an injury at the knee, he had to stop. He is a die-hard fan of Sourav Ganguly.
He passed his masters in English literature from Bardhaman University. Due to his father's job, he had to attend different schools across West Bengal.
After that, he was preparing himself for the civil service at the state level and for banking. He got a job in one of the top multinational companies in India, TCS Kolkata. But after a few years, he again pursued his passion and started to meet directors in Tollywood.

He did his first film[2] in Bengali. Before that, he did music videos and local drama theatre, and a Bhojpuri film that was not released.
