Tad Riley was a naval aviator notable for flying low level photo missions over Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis.[1]
Early life[edit]
Rily was born to a father who served in the United States Navy in World War II.[2] He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1952 with a degree in economics and as a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
