History
Tailored Jeans was founded in 2016.[2][3] by Varsha Prajapati & Govind Prajapati as an online "BeSpoke Custom Jeans Company" – one of its kind and first in this niche globally. Later, Custom-Jeans.com was launched in 2017 and CustomJeansIndia.com for the Indian audience in January 2020.
Origin and formation (2016)
Founded by Varsha Prajapati and Govind Prajapati, along with Nagesh Prajapati and Geeta Prajapati, in 2016, the main reason being the inability to find perfectly fitting jeans. This led to the company’s foundation, providing a solution for everyone to get custom fit jeans. Also, this company has 90% ownership by women entrepreneurs and has been empowering women. Tailored Jeans’ idea came into existence with the help of the computer engineering background of one of the founders of Jayveer Denim Private Limited and Director of NOESIS Pixel Art Pvt Ltd, Govind Prajapati, who sourced the idea and, with his knowledge and skill, implemented the platform to make the service available over an online ecommerce platform.

Covid-19 management and securing operations with Safety (2020)
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, operations were affected in March 2020, during the last Quarter. However, the company managed to secure its operation by shifting the base to a distant location in a rural village of Gujarat, and with zero exposure to Pandemic contamination, Tailored Jeans managed to operate with optimum secure and safe environment. Being an organization operating in a green zone, it did not face any Covid-19 cases in its workforce and, since May 2020, has been operating and providing accommodation and serving customers across the globe.
