Talgarth Town FC

Talgarth Town FC was formed in 1969 to replace Talgarth FC as the football club in Talgarth, Breconshire.
In 1971/72 they won an octuple which included the Brecon & District League.[1]
In 1987/88 they won the Mid Wales South League, and the following season they won the Radnorshire Cup.
Folded 1998 and then it was Gwernyfed FC in town. They renamed in 2010 to revive the Talgarth Town name. They had a reserve team called Talgarth Rovers F.C.
From 2023 to 2025 they played in the Gwent Central League.
