This file is less than 1MB in size. The text says that the reason it cannot create a thumbnail of this image is because it is bigger than 12.5MB. But it's actually less than 1MB in size. Why is that suddenly not showing up any longer?

The text says that a thumbnail cannot be created for a file 12.5MBin size, but the file size is less than 1MB. What's the problem? There is another, similar picture, below that one, which also does not appear and I can't figure out why.
