Biography
Tamara Borello is the Founder and President of Givventure, a Florida-based incentive and group travel company. Working from Orlando, she designs incentive travel for top performers and channel partners, corporate retreats, leadership offsites, sales meetings, group travel and team-building programs. Givventure also plans individual journeys and Gift of Travel experiences for people marking life milestones. Every program follows its Well-Being by Design approach, which builds each trip to move the body, the heart and the mind, and Borello asks clients to measure a Return on Experience as well as ROI.
Givventure works with small and mid-sized companies, including franchise organizations, insurance and financial services firms, mortgage companies, retail and consumer brands, automotive dealers and associations. Clients work with Borello directly from the first conversation to the final debrief. Givventure is an independent affiliate of Largay Travel in the Virtuoso network.
Borello wrote The Remembered Reward, a free guide to incentive travel design published by Givventure in 2026. In October 2026 she was a guest on the Supplier Promo Playbook podcast, where she explained how promotional products distributors can add incentive travel and experiences to what they offer.
She has more than 30 years in recognition and incentive programs. Before founding Givventure, she was Divisional Vice President of Sales at BDA, LLC (Bensussen Deutsch & Associates) from 2025 to 2026. She joined ePromos Promotional Products as Vice President of Operations in 2018 and was its Chief Operating Officer from 2020 to 2024, where she led the company's move from legacy systems to a new ERP. Counselor ranked her No. 40 on its Power 50 in 2023 and No. 41 in 2024. Counselor reported her leadership philosophy as "listen, learn, inspire and act."
From 2014 to 2018, Borello was Regional Sales Director Northeast at Staples Promotional Products. She ran Borello Group LLC as a business growth and client success consultant from 2009 to 2014. As Sr. Executive Vice President of CorpLogoWare from 2004 to 2008, she led North American operations for Fortune 100 clients at two Olympic Games. She began at AIA Franchise Corporation as Managing Director of Operations in 1997 and was its Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2004, when the franchisor had more than 400 franchisees. Programs from her career include a national franchise convention in Monterey, California, for more than 500 franchise owners, guests and supplier partners.
Borello earned the Master Ad Specialist (MAS) designation from PPAI in 2002. In 2023 she completed Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
