Taskara is a fictional vigilante hacker superhero who appears in Indian comic books published by Fenil Comics. Taskara was created by graphic novelist Kiriti Rambhatla and debuted in 2016. Taskara is the alias of Dr. Arjun Kumar, an influential Indian-born economist who works at the IMF before turning a hacker. Taskara steals from banks and sends the stolen digital currency to poor institutions and the needy.[1]
Creation
In 2015, the character of Taskara first appeared in the Telugu movie of the same name. The movie is the origin story of the character which delves into the origin story of Dr. Arjun Kumar, a Harvard-trained economist working at IMF. The character then appeared as a vigilante hacker superhero in Fenil Comics, which followed the same story arc as the live-action feature film.[2]
Personality
Taskara's primary character traits can be summarized as intellect, programming, financial systems, and economics. His abilities are superhuman intellect and amazing computer hacking skills. He can hack into any system on the planet and is credited as one of the founding members of digital currency in comics. Before turning into an underground vigilante hacker, Taskara is well known to the world of finance and banking as Dr. Arjun Kumar.

Taskara is disciplined and is exceptional with computers, systems, and networking of the modern age. Through time, he learned digital magic and displays exceptional ability to hack into any of the world’s banking systems. His powers are Genius Economist, Expert hacker, Master strategist & expert high-tech equipment creator.
Technology
Taskara creates his own digital gadgets which help him with extraordinary circumstances. He also manufactures his own digital mask which enables him with exceptional abilities during times of combat.

Taskara's first appearance was in a feature film in the Indian Telugu language. Though the character was first conceived to appear in graphic novels, the live-action feature film released first in theaters.[3]
With limited theatrical run in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Taskara then was streamed on digital platforms like Youtube & Amazon prime where it garnered over 20 Million views. The movie was dubbed into Hindi and released as Intelligent Arjun & Intelligent Hacker.[4]
