Anastasios "Tasos" Potsepis (born 16th November 1993)[1] is a Greek border guard, media personality, internet meme and influencer, primarily known for his "Agapi Mono" (Love Only) moment on Markos Seferlis's show in 2016.[2][3]
Early Life
Potsepis was born on the 16th of November 1993 in Edessa, Greece to Nikolaos Potsepis.[4] He studied electrical engineering in university and partook in modelling.[2]
Career and rise to celebrity status
Potsepis's career took off after an appearance on Greek comedian's Markos Seferlis's dating show, in which he flexed both of his arms in front of the camera while proclaiming "Agapi Mono" or "Love Only".[5]
This appearance led him to achieving meme and cult status in Greece.[6][7]
He was also spotted with some minor Greek celebrities partying in the Aegean after the incident.[2]
After being barred from becoming a police officer due to not being deemed mentally fit,[8] he was allowed to enter the border guard force in 2020.[3]
As of 2025[update], Tasos has a combined following of 410 thousand on social media platforms and continues to post regularly attracting millions of viewers.[9]

Tasos is an orthodox christian.[1][10][11][9]
Potsepis's father, Nikolaos, passed away in 2024.[4]
