Tawnya Benavides Bhattacharya is a Mexican-American Co-Executive Producer and Film/TV Writer known for Peacock TV's "Bel-Air" (2022), Netflix's "A Million Little Things" (2018)[1] and Apple's "Salsa" (2021). Benavides Bhattacharya first made her mark as a FOX Writer’s Intensive fellow and as an NBC Writers on the Verge fellow with her writing partner Ali Laventhol.[2] Benavides Bhattacharya and Laventhol were also semi-finalists for the prestigious ABC Disney Fellowship before landing a writing job that took the duo out of contention.[3] Benavides Bhattacharya is also known for her industry leading writing school, Scriptanatomy, which has helped launch the careers of hundreds of film and TV writers.
